Hello,
I needed to make a connection through to my database for critical information via the OBDC driver.
It seems that there is no "external IP" listed on MySQL data or PhpMyAdmin.
Could anyone please supply me with this information:
MySQL Server IP:
Port: (I was wondering if it was 3306?)

easy thing: just ping your site (for example ping bla.bl.funpic.de)

since the only thing you need to enter is localhost - the server will be the same (IP)

standard port because you do not need to at a port number - so yes it is 3306

no external connection allowed though - so forget about it
