How do you make an oekaki board? I am not Japanese by the way. D< I just like oekaki boards and I wanted to make one here. Also my site won't show up. Every time I put in http://sorahikari.so.funpic.org/ it says "Side not available." I activated MySQL and FTP. I made an FTP account, but everytime I put something like "index.php" or "index.html" it show me this: http://i27.tinypic.com/2ljlv5t.png
