I need hotlinking allowed hosting, without advertising on my pages and, that does not take my pictures as if they are THEIR property. My pictures are meant to be viewed by the general public, but not to be taken as the property of the host.
Some imageshosting addresses have in the small print stated, they are allowed to sell your uploaded pictures. Most of them have in the small print stated, they can change everything at anytime. |

Photobucket is okay with that, and BTW, you follow the TOS of the site that was on WHEN you signed up, and you only have to follow the new one if you got a email from them, and they got proof they have sent you one.
And there is nothing about that they own the copyright of the stuff in your account, so you would be fine.
