Okay, so I just got a new computer. I download an ftp program, add in my connection info . . . and it tells me it's wrong. Now, what? I KNOW it's right, so I do it again. And again, and again, and again. Well, I think, maybe I AM wrong. So I try to log into this site to find my ftp connection info . . . and it's says my username is either "incorrect, or inactive". What?

eep, sorry about that. turns out it was just a crappy ftp program . . actually, it was a pretty good one (FireFTP) but it gives me this when I log in:
501 Syntax error in parameters (Zeus Extensible Traffic Manager FTP proxy). : //
SmartFTP works just fine 0.o
*shrug*
