am Installing vBulletin and am getting mysql error and all are setted right i allways get this msg

Attempting to attach to database

Error description: mysql_pconnect() [function.mysql-pconnect]: Can't connect to MySQL server on 'lebaneseteam.le.funpic.de' (111) /usr/export/www/vhosts/funnetwork/hosting/lebaneseteam/forum/includes/class_core.php on line 311

The database has failed to connect because you do not have permission to connect to the server. Please confirm the values entered in the 'includes/config.php' file.


any 1 can help please ?

i need to know whats the mysql host

ex: others have mysql.xxxx.net


and whats the link for the funpic?
