This is my final post here at funpic, and then im gone forever...
(I used to be aiowonder for those of you who wanted to know, and i had over 100 (maybe 300, can't remember) posts here at funpic)
Funpic used to be a great host. The top of the line. The free hoster that had a bang! But that all changed a little while ago.
Introduce the character: Milagro. A _____. ________. Idiot. Whatever you want to call him, he is a jerk. Now I am not saying this because he added adds. People need to make a living, I understand that. However, they do not have to be rude about.
Introduce Adds: Ok so they added adds. So what. I'm okay with that. However, I am not okay with not being informed about what has happened to my webpage. So I add something to the line of 'REMOVE FUNPIC ADDS!!!' to my forum signature. It's okay for a few days. Until Milagro decides to move his huge butt over to the american forum to post the announcement about the adds (a week after they were added, I may add). Then he decides to look at my signature. He posts a post to me about removing the words from my signature. I'm fine with that, I would have removed them. However, I do not live on the computer 24/7 like some idiots (milagro, i may add) think I do. I actually do some activities in my life. So i leave my computer for a few hours, decide to update my site, and see theres a page not found error. So i log into my account. It's not there! WTF!?!? So I find his post about removing my signature. Its too late by half an hour!!! He gave me one hour and I missed that by half an hour. WHAT IGNORANCE!?!?! So, i log into my blog account (the one im on right now). I decide to send him a PM. This is the actual message I sent him:

Note to milagro: if you have that backup... I will take all of this back about your hosting service. BUT I BET YOU THAT WILL NEVER HAPPEN!!!
OH AND IF ANY OF YOU FUNPICERS NEED A GREAT HOST, CHECK OUT CYBERTOAD.NET. I SWITCHED TO THERE AND IT IS SO MUCH BETTER THAN HERE!!

I like th ads. They aren't so horrible as they could be.
The only thing I really dislike are some of the ads have pop-ups. I never had that trouble when it was just google ads, but when the other ones appeared then it got annoying.
Ads = Great.
Popups = T_T |

Hi Administrator,
I just wondering why it suddenly the ads popup appear in my website, it never happen before. Popups ads powered by funpic.de. I would like to know how to get rid off that.
Or Anyone could give me an advise how to get rid the ads popus powered by funpic.de. It's really annoying since it closed all the pages.

| heres some advise... switch if it really bugs you... learn to live with it if you and your visitors cud careless... personally it really fucks up my forums so i am having to change services... sry funpic ppl... you were good hosts till that giant add came along. |

I understand you have to place ads
my question is: why can't we choose where to put the ads?
Then the ads are part of the site and not a layer poping up saying: "hi this site is not professional, it's a free host"
and think about it, the ads will be shown every visit and not like the layer-ads 1 time in 1 hour |

| If you were able to choose where to put the layers, it would be much more difficult to control if someone puts them on his site at all. You could also place them after dozens of <br>s so that no one is able to see them or let them entirely disappear by using some CSS (= nobody clicks at them => no money). |
