As far as I can tell, akproductz is not offering hosting, so the Reselling clause of the ToS does not apply.

Really? I was told that if you have any public method of uploading files (including an image uploader), it's against the Terms of Service!...
I mean, it sounds to me like "hosting" means "allowing the privilege of public users to host their files on your Web site." |
