There is one thing you don't have and that you really do need and thats a demo of one of those flash websites you are promoting..
Without a demo, not many people would pay you.

The other problem would be that he said his site is 90 percent done, and it's been several months and is still incomplete.
And you can kind of allow public image uploading, like if it's a forum software feature. Or at least I think so, because I've seen several (anonymous, I forget them) Funpic sites with that feature uploaded to attach images to a post or upload avatars. |

i have installed 4images gallery for people to upload their artwork, is this against the TOS. if yes
why have a gallery  |
